Carlos Delgado is reporter for San Diego 6 News and a native San Diegan. He graduated from San Diego State University, in 1996 with a degree in broadcast journalism and Spanish. He joined San Diego 6 in July of 2005, from Palm Springs, CA.
His reporting career started at KYMA in Yuma, AZ. After spending two years covering news along the border, Carlos moved to KMAX, UPN in Sacramento. He also worked at KMPH, the Fox station in Fresno, the Orange County News Channel (OCN), Telemundo in Los Angeles, and KESQ in Palm Springs. Carlos also spent two years teaching at a juvenile hall in Los Angeles.
