Star Sparkled Sparkler (non alcoholic)

Ingredients:
2 Fresh Strawberries
1 Sprig Fresh Mint
Pomegranate Juice
Strawberry Soda
Strawberry Pop Rocks Candy

Method:
In a Boston glass “clap” the mint sprig and muddle together with the two strawberries. Add ice and fill halfway with pomegranate juice and shake. Open the shaker and top with strawberry soda then pour into a tall glass that has been rimed with strawberry Pop Rocks Candy.

Basil Mango Martini

Ingredients:
4 Basil Leaves
1.5 oz Absolut Mango Vodka
*1.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
*1 oz of Simple Syrup
Ginger Ale

*or 1.5 oz Lemonade

Method:
In a Boston mixing glass combine three basil leaves, lemon juice and simple syrup.  Muddle gently just enough to let the basil release its oils.  Fill the boston glass with ice and add Absolut Mango Vodka.  Shake and strain through a fine tea strainer into a martini glass, topping with ginger ale.

Garnish:
Dip half of a small Basil leaf into the cocktail and stick to the inside of the martini glass.

Spring Fling

Ingredients:
4 Fresh Raspberries
4 Fresh Blackberries
10 Fresh Blueberries
2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
1.25 oz Seagrams Rum
7UP

Method:
In a Boston mixing glass, muddle all of the berries and top off with ice.  Add fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and Seagrams Silver Rum.  Shake and pour all ingredients including ice into a tall glass.  Top with 7Up.

Garnish:
Place a berry spear across the top of the glass and serve with a wide straw.

Caipirinha

Ingredients:
1 Fresh Lime (Diced)
2 Teaspoons of Granulated Sugar
1.5 oz Leblon Cachaca

Method:
In a bucket glass, place in the diced lime and sugar.  Muddle together making sure all of the lime cubes have released their juices.  Top the glass with ice and add the Leblon Cachaca and stir.

Garnish:
Traditionally there is no garnish with a Caipirinha as the muddled lime remains in the drink.
