Gingers & Barley Mash: Now Hiring!!BarleyMash and Gingers are two new hot spots set to open soon in the Gaslamp. The duo is set to open its doors at their new home at 600 5th Ave. It may be familiar to some who remember Whiskey Girl, which has since closed. BarleyMash will be upstairs at street level, while Gingers, a quaint Martini lounge, will be below the eatery. Both establishments are owned by the Verant Group, which also operates other popular bars and eateries including, The Tavern and True North. The company is hiring for all positions.
