9 People Get 99¢ TV

GRANT HILL- Nine people and their families are enjoying new Philips 22" flat screen televisions, and they spent less than a dollar for them. This was part of a promotion at the opening ceremony of the new 99¢ Only Store in Grant Hill Thursday morning.

Hundreds of people camped out for days for the televisions, including father of nine Charles Elders. He says the TV means the world to them because he and his wife are trying to make ends me.

If customers were not one of the first nine at the store, 99 other people got scooters for 99¢.
