Charity schemes are all over the place.  But we uncovered one that tops them all.

Two years ago, FOX6 uncovered a bogus health care scheme from a company called First Choice.  They were running a phone room on Hancock Street and selling phony medical insurance to the elderly.  The BBB had a lengthy file on the company and the state fined them $770,000.

We exposed them, hoping they would go away.  They didn't.  They moved a few blocks away and changed their name to Affinity Health Care.  The state gave them a cease and desist notice.

They still didn’t go away.  They have now reopened as an "Education Center," selling over-priced software.  Now they call themselves Education Foundation.  And while they try to sell themselves as a charitable organization, they are not a charity -- and the name is lifted from a foundation in New York.

One insider tells FOX6 it is the same group of people as from before.
