SAN DIEGO - All of the Little League Champs from Chula Vista are home Tuesday night after being stranded in our nation's capital for days.
"It was really cold. It was snowing for a couple of days when we got there and then it stopped. We just started playing in the snow," says Park View Little League player Nick Conlin.
The players and their families met the President on Friday and were supposed to be back home on Sunday night, but a blizzard shut down the area airports. Half of the players and their families made it back Monday night, but the rest were not able to get a flight back to San Diego until Tuesday afternoon.
The players say meeting our Commander-In-Chief was the chance of a lifetime.
"It was such an honor," says Little League Champion Luke Ramirez.
"It was really cool," says Nick Conlin.
The players say the President was very welcoming and they were surprised he took the time to meet with them and shake their hands.

"It was definitely worth it to meet the President. Just to be stuck, stuck in 25 degree weather a couple of more days," says Ramirez.
