NATIONAL CITY - A driver is under arrest on suspicion of driving while intoxicated after slamming his SUV into a parked semi-trailer Monday.
It happened in National City on Euclid Avenue near Sweetwater Road.
The driver was not injured in the crash just before 2 a.m. The driver was taken into custody and booked on DUI charges.
