Brush Fire Threatened Homes in Diamond Bar

DIAMOND BAR, Calif. (AP) - A broken catalytic converter is being blamed for sparking a fire that threatened homes in the city of Diamond Bar on Tuesday.

The fire has burned about 50 acres and is now 60 percent contained.

Four people suffered minor injuries and a firefighter was treated for heat stress.
