PUMPKIN PIE FROM REAL PUMPKIN

TRADITIONAL PUMPKIN PIE RECIPE
1 15 oz can ofpumpkin pure
1 9 unbaked pie shell
2 large Eggs
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground cloves
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp nutmeg
1 12 oz can of evaporated Milk
¾ cup granulatedsugar
Directions
Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger, and cloves. In a different bowl beat Eggs . Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mix. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 40-50minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool for twohours. You may serve immediately orrefrigerate.
