A karaoke singer puts down the mic and throws a mean punch, sending two people to the hospital. The culprit is still on the run.
It all started last month at the Mad Dog Saloon on El Cajon Boulevard. Police say a man was singing karaoke and for no known reason, walked over to another patron and punched him several times in the face.
Police say the fight then spilled into the street.
"Little while later, the victim who was punched in the face, his wife and another friend of theirs left and they were walking out on the street and these two individuals who had previously been inside the bar and already attacked them began to attack them again," explains Monica Muñoz of the San Diego Police Department.
The karaoke singer isn't captured on surveillance but his buddy is.
Police say the woman suffered a broken nose and a concussion. Her husband has a fractured face.
