VISTA - Firefighters put out five small spot fires along eastbound Highway 78, just west of Sunset Drive, in Vista, Friday morning.
The fire was discovered at about 7:20 a.m. A Sig Alert was in effect for about an hour due to lanes blocked by firefighting equipment.
A possible suspect is being sought who may have started the fires.
