Minnie: Friday Adoption Pet 12/23/11This is Minnie's second appearance on TV, and we're hoping the holidays will inpire someone to pick up the phone and make an appointment to meet her. She's a 1 year old, pit bull available for adoption through the Escondido Humane Society. She's currently in a foster home with a family who calls her Minnie Mouse, because when she plays with the kids, it’s the happiest place on Earth. She lights up and makes everyone smile. Minnie is a devoted, intelligent dog who loves people. Her favorite game is fetching balls, and she’s very eager to learn new tricks. If you want a truly loving companion who will make you laugh, Minnie is the perfect dog for you! Through the end of the month, her special Christmas adoption fee is only $25, but she’s spayed, fully vaccinated, micro chipped, de wormed, and temperament tested. The Escondido Humane Society is open 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm on East Valley Parkway. You can call them at (760) 594-7605. Please go to their website to view all the adoptable animals at the shelter, and if you’re not ready to adopt, please consider fostering an animal. It doesn't cost a thing, all training and supplies are provided, and it's an awesome idea for a New Year's resolution. To learn more about other adoptable animals, contact the San Diego Animal Support Foundation at www.SDShelters.com. |
