Violet: Friday's Adoption Pet 1/20/12UPDATE: Violet has been adopted! To learn more about other adoptable animals, contact the San Diego Animal Support Foundation at www.SDShelters.com.
Violet is a 1 year old, 22 lb. beagle/pug mix, also known as a "Puggle." She's great with children of all ages and loves people. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would do well in a home with another dog to play with. She has two dog buddies in her foster home and they love playing with Violet. She also enjoys long walks and hiking. She's house trained and sleeps peacefully through the night in her foster parents' bedroom. Violet was hit by a car when she was just a puppy, and because she didn’t get proper medical attention for her jaw, it'll be slightly off-center for the rest of her life. She has no trouble at all eating, drinking, or playing with balls and toys. She has a sweet disposition, is super smart, eager to please, and gives the best kisses. Violet is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Contact SPOT Rescue to meet her at SpotSavesPets.org. The phone number is (760) 593-7768. Also, if you know anyone with a Pit Bull, SPOT is hosting a Pit Bull Spay/Neuter Day on February 11th in Oceanside for just $30! Space may be available for other large breeds,as well. So please spread the word and call! |
