Whitey: Tuesday Adoption Pet 2/21/12Whitey is a 5-year-old Pit bull mix who's been available for adoption from the Escondido Humane Society since September of 2010. He's currently living with a wonderful foster family who has spent the last 6 months getting to know everything about him, and they think he's fabulous. Whitey is a young, energetic, funny boy who loves to go on walks and bask in the sunshine. He's very affectionate and he's the king of the belly rubs! In fact, he smiles from ear to ear if you scratch his tummy. He's crate trained, enjoys snuggling in his doggie bed and playing with his favorite toys. He'd make an excellent inside dog and would be great in a condo or townhouse because he's so well behaved. Whitey would do best with an active family as the only pet, and would love to be included in activities including ongoing training. The Escondido Humane Society is located on E.
