ONTO THE DESERTS SLOPES THROUGH 10 PM. AREAS OF NORTHWEST WINDS OF
25 TO 35 MPH WITH ISOLATED GUSTS TO 50 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE.
MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR SUDDEN CROSS WINDS THROUGH
